UK domestic shipping
At this time we can only ship items within the UK, we offer a variety of postage options and recommend tracked with insurance, as your item will be delicate and could suffer damage in transit.
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days, refunds will be issued in the form of shop gift vouchers and must be redeemed within 12 months of the return date.
We cannot accept returns of bespoke pieces or commissions such as ‘special date’ mugs and platters- you will be provided with progress reports during the design process.
